Heavy Duty

Works for you

The strongest trailers we build. Above 3000 kg, with four upgrades as standard — so the work gets done, every time.

So what does Heavy Duty really mean?

At SARIS, Heavy Duty means more than higher load capacity. It means a trailer built for people who depend on their equipment in real working conditions, every single day. From the chassis to the finishing details, every element is designed to deliver the strength, reliability and ease of use professionals need.

We do not build trailers to look impressive on paper. We build them to perform where it matters most — on busy job sites, during repeated loading and unloading, and under demanding daily use. Heavy Duty stands for practical strength, dependable construction and smart solutions that help you work more efficiently.

When you choose SARIS Heavy Duty, you choose a trailer designed to keep working when the job gets tougher. Strong where it matters, reliable when you need it, and built with the practical mindset that has defined SARIS for decades.

K3 Tippers – Heavy Duty

Built for demanding daily work, SARIS K3 Tippers – Heavy Duty are made for professionals who need to transport and unload heavy materials quickly, safely and with confidence. They combine strong construction, dependable tipping performance and practical loading features in one robust solution. Ideal for sand, stones, garden waste and other loose materials, they are designed to keep work moving efficiently under real jobsite conditions.

  • • 5-stage hydraulic cylinder
  • • Approximately 52° rear tipping angle

Platform Models – Heavy Duty

SARIS Platform Models – Heavy Duty are designed for professionals who need maximum flexibility when transporting machines, tools, pallets and heavy materials.

Thanks to the low loading floor, wheels under the platform and fold-down removable sides, they are easy to load from multiple sides and practical to use every day. Their robust construction and high load capacity make them a dependable choice for demanding transport tasks where strength and ease of handling both matter.

  • • Low loading floor · wheels under platform
  • • Fold-down removable sides
  • • Fully welded + galvanized frame · 10 + 6 cross beams

Steel K3 Tippers – HDS

The fully steel Heavy Duty tippers — built where wood-floored tippers wear through.

Engineered for abrasive loads, demolition material and aggregates, K3 310 HDS and K3 360 HDS use a 3 mm steel floor plate and 40 cm steel sides. Zero wood. Everything that touches the load is made to last.

  • • 3 mm steel floor plate
  • • 40 cm steel sides — no wood components
  • • Plastic buffer blocks to reduce frame wear
Other trailers list these as options. On the Heavy Duty range they are standard.

Four upgrades you don't have to ask for.

Standard LED lights

Vibration-resistant LED clusters across the entire HD range. Brighter, lower draw, no service interval.

Ramp preparation as standard

Every HD trailer ships with mounting points and reinforced anchors for loading ramps — bolt them on and load.

Heavy Duty jockey wheel

500 kg static load with an extra support beam. Standard jockey wheels carry 400 kg — HD adds 25%.

SARIS HD reflective labelling

Class-3 reflective strips and HD identification — visible from further away, on more sides.

At SARIS, Heavy Duty (HD) is not an option.
It is a clearly defined performance standard within the range.

A trailer is classified as Heavy Duty only when a maximum payload of 3,500 kg is combined with a construction, component selection and equipment level specifically engineered for intensive daily use.

Developed for professionals such as contractors, landscapers, pavers and wood processors, Heavy Duty trailers are built to perform consistently under demanding conditions.

Heavy Duty trailers are designed to handle maximum loads without compromise.
• Payload capacity up to 3,500 kg
• Reinforced chassis with multiple main beams and cross beams
• Fully welded and galvanized frames (Plateau) or heavy-duty S355 steel construction (K3 tippers)
Result: higher torsional rigidity, minimal flex and a longer service life – even under continuous heavy use.

Every Heavy Duty trailer is prepared for demanding workflows.
• Standard preparation for loading ramps or integrated ramp channels
• U-profile support for loading ramps and winch support holders (Plateau)
• HD axle pad extension on tippers for improved weight distribution
Result: faster loading, safer handling and more efficient daily operation

Reliability is built into every detail.
• Coupled axles for stable driving behaviour under heavy loads
• Heavy-duty jockey wheels with high load capacity
• Strong expansion supports for added stability
• Plastic buffer blocks (tippers) to reduce wear between frame components
Result: increased stability, reduced maintenance and maximum uptime.

The standard Saris is already engineered for the work. Heavy Duty is engineered for the work nobody else will take.
